Manchester United will push to sign a striker for Ruben Amorim this summer.
The Red Devils currently sit in the bottom half of Premier League, with goals looking scarce.
United’s biggest issue in recent seasons has actually been a lack of goals.
Marcus Rashford was the only player to show consistency, scoring 30 in 2022/23.
But with Rashford set to leave after his Aston Villa loan, the attack looks weak.
Rasmus Hojlund is still too raw to be a first-choice striker.
Joshua Zirkzee has improved of late, but seems to thrive more when playing behind a natural No.9.
That leaves United searching for a proven goalscorer.

Osimhen is one of the club’s top targets for the summer window.
The Nigerian striker, currently on loan at Galatasaray from Napoli, has been proving himself as a goalscorer for years.
This season, he has recorded 19 goals and five assists in 24 appearances.
That follows three dominant years in Italy, where he netted 66 goals.
Victor Osimhen “wants to join” Ruben Amorim’s side
At 26 years old, Osimhen fits Amorim’s ideal profile.
He can score in a variety of ways and is suited to the coach’s playing style.
A fresh report from Turkish journalist Yağız Sabuncuoğlu claims Osimhen wants to join United.
The challenge will be United’s ability to afford him.

His wages are high, and Napoli will demand a huge transfer fee.
Osimhen has previously stated his desire to play in the Premier League.
Speaking to Sky Sports in March 2023, he made his ambitions clear.
“A lot of people worldwide consider the Premier League as the best and the strongest league,” he said.
“I’m working so hard to make sure that I achieve my dream of playing in the Premier League some day.
But like I said, it’s a process, and I just want to keep on this momentum and continue to do well.”
It seems Osimhen would be open to joining United.
But their current situation is uncertain, and missing out on the Champions League could be a dealbreaker.
If United want him, they may have to convince him that Old Trafford is still the right destination.
