Rasmus Hojlund signed for Manchester United in 2023 following an impressive 2022-23 campaign that saw him score nine goals for Atalanta in Serie A.
During that campaign, he was also able to create 24 chances.
Since making the move to Old Trafford, the Danish striker has undertaken two complete seasons in a Manchester United shirt.
During those two seasons, he made 95 appearances and was able to score 26 times – an average of a goal every 3.6 games.

This has led to him being targeted by many clubs this summer.
One of these clubs is AC Milan who have been reported to have been working on a deal to sign the striker.
With Hojlund now looking set to leave Old Trafford this summer, Manchester United have lined up two options as replacement options for the Danish international.
According to Sky Sports journalist Florian Plettenberg, Manchester United are targeting Nicholas Jackson and Benjamin Sesko as two potential options for the number nine position which Rasmus Hojlund currently holds.
United have been linked with Jackson previously with the striker attracting interest from the Red Devils earlier in the transfer window.

Meanwhile, Ruben Amorim’s side have been interested in Sesko previously.
With the news that the striker’s agent had been making regular visits to Carrington, there is a suggestion that the door for the 22-year-old to make the move to Old Trafford is not entirely closed.
Both strikers come into the upcoming season off the back of successful 2024-25 seasons with Jackson scoring on ten occasions in the Premier League whilst Sesko scored 13 times in the Bundesliga which proves their ability to score on a consistent basis.
If Hojlund does leave Old Trafford, we could see Manchester United make a move for either of these strikers although only time will tell in United’s pursuit for a new striker.
