Manchester United are in desperate need of making sales this summer to generate funds for incoming signings, with Barcelona circling one of their outbound stars.
The LaLiga champions have been linked with Marcus Rashford for some time now, with the England international having no place in Ruben Amorim’s team.
Rashford’s imminent departure was finalised by his number 10 being stripped from him and given to new arrival Matheus Cunha, with Rashford also completing individual training at Carrington this week instead of linking into the team sessions.

As such, the 27-year-old is trying to line up his move away from Old Trafford, with Barcelona clear front-runners at this time, going “all-in” for the England international.
It’s understood that Rashford is happy to take a 40% cut to his £325,000 a week wages to get the move across the line, taking him down to around £200,000 per week.
Alongside this, the United want-away has also indicated he’d be happy to go to Barca on loan, so long as the move included an obligatory buy clause to move permanently at the end of the season.

As such, it’s clear how keen Marcus Rashford is to seal a move to the Spanish giants, with Hansi Flick already giving a green light to the move.
Now footage posted on BarcaTimes’ X account has shown Barcelona president Joan Laporta and Manager Hansi Flick meeting with super-agent Pini Zahavi in a restaurant in the Spanish city.
Zahavi has linked up with Rashford to help the United star seal his move to the Spanish side, with this meeting potentially bringing Rashford a step closer to his dream move.
