It has been a tough season so far for Manchester United fans to endure.

Moreso, for Ruben Amorim who has come into a club with such instability and turbulence.

Player departures and incomings have been circulating constantly, with the January window now open.

However, Amorim’s focus remains on the pitch having recently just coached his side to a 2-2 draw against Liverpool.

Recruitment will need to come at the forefront however, if United are to progress for the long-term.

One player within the club has been dominating the news surrounding his long-term future.

That player is Marcus Rashford, with his uncertainty at United continuing to attract potential suitors.

Rashford has been attracting interest from clubs across Europe.

However, there could also be an option for him to remain in the Premier League.

Chris Wheeler from Daily Mail yesterday reported of Tottenham’s interest in signing Rashford.

However it appears that West Ham have also joined the race for the Englishman’s signature.

This is according to reliable ‘ExWHUEmployee’ on X, stating that Rashford is ‘under consideration’ by the Hammers.

The deal remains ‘unlikely’ to happen due to the several other clubs interested.

However, it could be a move that appears to be on the cards, depending on Graham Potter’s plans.

Rashford remains on the radar of European clubs, with AC Milan and Borussia Dortmund expressing interest.

A potential move could hinge on how much of Rashford’s £325,000-a-week wages United are willing to cover.

United are open to letting him leave permanently and may consider including an option or obligation to buy in any deal.

It would certainly come as the shock of the year, if Rashford ends up joining West Ham amongst all parties interested.

Moreso, considering the 27-year-old’s wage demands.

Most clubs involved will expect Rashford to take a wage cut, however.
