New asking price for Alejandro Garnacho revealed

Manchester United lower their asking price for talented winger Alejandro Garnacho.

Manchester United are on the brink of selling Alejandro Garnacho to Napoli.

The Italian club have highlighted Garnacho as the perfect successor to Khvicha Kvaratskhelia as the winger heads to PSG.

With Scott McTominay already thriving in Antonio Conte’s squad, the former teammates could be reunited very soon.

Garmacho has already agreed terms for a five year deal with annual pay rises starting at £2.5 million a year.

However, Napoli are yet to agree a transfer fee with United, with the clubs’ valuations still differing.

It’s understood that Napoli were planning an initial £33 million bid with £5 million in add-ons.

Now, United have swayed slightly from their original asking price, but not enough to seal a deal.

Originally United were holding out for a £70 million bid for the Argentine, however appear to be open to negotiation.

The Mirror have now reported that this has dropped, with United seemingly open to meet in the middle with Napoli.

The report explains that United are now looking for £60 million for their star who’s helped The Red Devils win the Carabao Cup and FA Cup over recent years.

This is still £22 million over Napoli’s originally planned offer, with The Azzurri now facing the decision of submitting a higher offer than planned or walking away.
