Jadon Sancho has taken a step closer to being a Juventus player as the Italian side have increased their offer for the Manchester United winger.
Sancho has been linked with the Turin-based side for most of the summer now, having returned from his loan spell with Chelsea, with the London-based side pulling out of their obligatory buy clause.
The Blues couldn’t come to an agreement with the 25-year-old over his wages, offering him £180,000 per week, which they’d been contributing to his weekly wages of £300,000 per week, which he rejected.

As such, Chelsea paid a £5 million penalty for the winger to return to Old Trafford, with United then having to look for a new suitor.
Thankfully it didn’t take long, with his return opening the door to Juve who have been looking to Sancho since last summer.
However, the situation of his wages returned, with no club able to match the hefty demands being made by the former England international.

As such, United have agreed to pay a £4.3 million severance payment as an incentive for the winger to accept a pay-cut to leave the club.
Now, Football Italia has revealed that The Old Lady have increased their bid to United for Sancho, hoping to get his move across the line.
The Italian club’s first bid was reportedly around £13 million, significantly less than the £25 million Chelsea had agreed to buy him for.
However, it’s now being reported that Juve have upped their offer slightly to £15 million.
Whilst United’s response to the bid is unknown as of yet, Jadon Sancho remains one of the club’s priority sales this summer.
