Manchester United continue to reshape their squad under Ruben Amorim, with key exits and tactical changes expected before the Premier League kicks off.
Amorim has been given more say in the club’s transfer decisions, with United now targeting younger, more dynamic profiles.
The futures of several senior players, including the so-called ‘bomb squad’, are hanging in the balance.

While negotiations continue with multiple clubs for Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford, new interest has emerged in one of United’s biggest investments from last summer.
Rasmus Hojlund, who arrived from Atalanta in 2023 for a fee rising to £72 million, is now being monitored by multiple Serie A clubs.
According to Tuttosport via Football Italia, Juventus initiated fresh contact with Manchester United regarding Rasmus Hojlund, as part of a wider discussion that included Sancho and Rashford.
The Bianconeri are believed to be closing in on an agreement for Sancho and also asked about Rashford, though the English winger is reportedly prioritising a move to Barcelona over Serie A.

Juventus, meanwhile, have now asked for information about Hojlund’s availability, with uncertainty growing over his long-term future at Old Trafford.
The 22-year-old striker, who scored nine goals in his final Serie A season with Atalanta before joining United, has not fully convinced under the club’s rotating systems and intense scrutiny.
Inter Milan were previously linked with a loan move for Hojlund earlier this summer.
AC Milan are also said to be keeping tabs on the Danish forward, with reports suggesting he would be open to a return to Italy if game time becomes limited in Manchester.
For now, no official offer has been submitted, but Juventus’s inquiry has raised eyebrows inside Carrington, as the forward’s situation grows more uncertain.
Whether Hojlund stays or goes, one thing is certain: United’s summer clear-out is only just beginning.
