Manchester United’s transfer window has been full of movement this summer.

The Red Devils have reinforced their attack with the signings of Bryan Mbeumo, Matheus Cunha, and Benjamin Sesko.

In return they have moved on Marcus Rashford, Antony, Jadon Sancho, and Alejandro Garnacho, who were all part of the infamous “Bomb Squad”.

Rasmus Hojlund officially completed his loan move to Napoli.

A goalkeeper has also been a high priority this summer.

This becomes clear with the club agreeing to personal terms with Emiliano Martinez.

They eventually then opted with a young, talented Belgian goalkeeper in Senne Lammens of Royal Antwerp.

Lammens is set to train with the first team for the first team next week, as exclusively revealed by CentreDevils.

A midfielder was also wanted by the Red Devils.

Carlos Baleba was linked to a move, with personal terms not being a problem.

They eventually opted against the signing due to Brighton’s reluctance to give a clear fee.

Now it has come out that a highly sought-after Bundesliga star rejects Manchester United.

According to CaughtOffside, Manchester United made a strong late push to sign Angelo Stiller from VfB Stuttgart during the closing days of the summer transfer window, but the German midfielder rejected their advances.

The 24-year-old is determined to preserve his status as a first-team regular under Sebastian Hoeneß and keep himself firmly in contention for a place in Germany’s squad ahead of the 2026 World Cup.

Man United’s coaching staff were directly behind the move, identifying gaps in midfield where Stiller’s skill set could make a difference.

There was a report late in the window that the Red Devils were close to signing Stiller.

This report was quickly dismissed.

It would be interesting to see if the Red Devils go back in for him next summer.
