The impressive attacker has a release clause of £65 million, however the clubs have been discussing a potential payment plan for the move to be more achievable for the Turkish side right now.
However, Fabrizio Romano has reported that the clubs are yet to come to an agreement with Galatasaray rejecting Napoli’s proposed plan.
It’s understood that Napoli want an immediate payment of £35 million, with the remaining £30 million to be paid by 2026, with the Italian side also wanting to include a sell-on clause.

However, Galatasaray are looking to only pay £30 million by 2027, spreading the payments over a longer period.
The Turkish side are also rejecting the inclusion of a sell-on clause.
Despite Manchester United being strongly linked to the striker all summer in their bid to fix their attacking issues, the 26-year-old is seemingly set on continuing with Galatasaray.
Victor Osimhen has already refused to return to Napoli for pre-season training or medical tests in a bid to push his move along.
With Osimhen refusing to play for the Serie A champions ever again, a move is in everyone’s best interest with talks continuing, now, it’s just about what the terms of the deal look like.
