Manchester United are now at a point where they need to make a sale in order to continue signing any new talent.
With Joshua Zirkzee and Leny Yoro now at Old Trafford, Erik ten Hag is keen to continue strengthening his squad.
However, currently United’s buys have significantly outweighed their sales, eating considerably into their low starting transfer budget of £50 million.
The Red Devils have listed seven players they are looking to part ways with made up of Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Victor Lindelof, Harry Maguire, Antony, Scott McTominay, Christian Eriksen and Jadon Sancho.
Now, reports from Turkey claim an official bid has been made for one of their listed men.
United receive offer for Scott McTominay
According to a report by Turkish outlet Haber Sarikirmizi, Galatasaray have tabled a ‘€15million offer’ for United midfielder Scott McTominay.
The Turkish outfit confirmed their interest in the Scotland international earlier this month after being linked with him for several weeks.
The report states United want €30m to sell the academy graduate. He scored 10 goals in all competitions for United last season.
However, Galatasaray aren’t the only interested party in signing the Scotland international this summer.
Premier League clubs Spurs and Fulham have also been linked to the midfielder, with Fulham having had an initial bid rejected by the Red Devils.
With Galatasaray’s bid falling short of United’s asking price, Fulham and Spurs may still have a chance to make a swoop for their target man.
