They needed a centre-back, they’ve signed Leny Yoro from LOSC Lille beating favourites Real Madrid to their man.

With regards to outbound players, Sir Jim Ratcliffe set out seven players that he and Dan Ashworth feel they can sell to generate significant transfer funds. Now, Mason Greenwood has mark the first of the seven to fall with his move to Marseille.

Now United have set out that they need a midfielder and consistent to recent form, they’ve gone out and agreed personal terms with PSG’s Manuel Ugarte.

However, there’s a slight road block in that they will need to offload some of their existing midfielders in order to create space. Now Casemiro and Christian Eriksen are already on their shortlist of priority sales, however we also have Scott McTominay who’ve entered the final year of his contract, marking the final chance for United to cash in on the star before they could lose him to a free transfer.

Although no announcements have been made as to who the clubs are, Casemiro has attracted alot of attention from the Saudi Pro League with Al-Nassr really keen to sign the veteran midfielder.

If Al-Nassr do sign Casemiro, it would see him reunite with two-time teammate Cristiano Ronaldo who share the pitch together at Real Madrid and then Manchester United, with Ronaldo previously trying to lure the Brazilian to help him win his first trophy since joining the Saudi club.

As for McTominay, in recent weeks Fulham have been interested in the Scotland international, however now, recent reports suggest that Spurs are looking into the midfielder a as alternative to their target Conor Gallagher.
