Manchester United winger Antony has completed his loan move to Real Betis, with all formalities finalised earlier this week.
The agreement between United and Betis was reached on Monday.
The English club had to resolve some financial issues with the player’s agents before Ruben Amorim gave the green light.
Antony stayed with United until their Europa League match against Rangers on Thursday, where he was an unused substitute in the 2-1 win.
The Brazilian winger will travel to Seville on Friday night, landing in Malaga before heading to the Andalusian capital to join Betis.
Betis had hoped Antony could join the team in time for their trip to Mallorca, but logistical delays made this unlikely.

The 23-year-old is expected to undergo his medical and be officially presented early next week.
He will then begin training with Manuel Pellegrini’s squad to prepare for Betis’ match against Athletic Club on Sunday.
Antony’s loan deal runs until the end of the season, with no option to buy included in the agreement.
Real Betis will cover approximately €2 million of his salary during the loan period.
Future discussions regarding a potential permanent move will depend on Antony’s performance during his time in Seville.

Antony was signed by Manchester United for nearly £100 million two and a half seasons ago but has struggled to deliver consistent performances.
The winger’s departure opens up Betis’ winter transfer market activity, with recent departures including Assane’s move to Como and Rui Silva’s transfer to Sporting CP.
Betis are also in the market for a left-back and a center-forward to bolster Pellegrini’s squad.
Fabrizio Romano confirmed the move on X, stating: “Here we go! Antony travels to Sevilla tonight to join Real Betis from Man United.
Green light after documents approved, loan move until June with no buy-back clause; salary shared.”
