Manchester United are days away from their first Premier League game.

They face Arsenal on the 17th August on Sunday in what is expected to be a tough game.

Benjamin Sesko is expected to make his debut in this game, having completed his first training session on Monday.

Noussair Mazraoui, however, is expected to miss this game.

Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo are also expected to play this game.

With the Red Devils having made three new attacking reinforcements, the club are now pushing for a midfielder.

CentreDevils can confirm reports that came out today that Manchester United and Brighton have been in club-to-club talks regarding Carlos Baleba today.

The midfielder is keen on a move, but no agreement is reached despite reports from Cameroon.

More talks are expected to follow with the club and the player’s camp.

The deal is still seen as complicated.

Baleba is one of the best prospects in the Premier League with several teams interested in him.

The Red Devils seem to want to get ahead of the queue, which will be in the midfielder next year.

The fee Brighton will be asking for will for sure be over £100 million.

With Toby Collyer edging closer to a move away from the Red Devils, a move for a midfielder seems to be on the horizon this summer regardless of the Baleba situation.

Casemiro, Manuel Ugarte, Kobbie Mainoo and Bruno Fernandes are the current midfield options Ruben Amorim possesses.

Baleba would be a fantastic fit to boost the team in a physical and technical standpoint.
