Manchester United are currently focusing on outgoings this transfer window.
After signing Benjamin Sesko, Brian Mbuemo, and Mateus Cunha, the club is looking to raise funds for further additions this summer.
One player likely to leave is Alejandro Garnacho, who has fallen out of favour with Ruben Amorim.
Garnacho publicly clashed with Amorim late last season, expressing frustration over his limited minutes in the Europa League final to Argentinian media.
As a result, Garnacho is being pushed out as part of the bomb squad, with Chelsea emerging as his most probable destination.
The Argentinian winger is prioritising a move to the London club, having turned down offers from across Europe and Saudi Arabia.
He wants to continue playing in the Premier League and has reportedly agreed personal terms with Chelsea, with only a fee between the clubs left to settle.
However, United and Chelsea remain apart on Garnacho’s valuation, which could delay the deal.

Fabrizio Romano, via X, has revealed that Chelsea are prioritising outgoings before pursuing deals for both targets Xavi Simons and Alejandro Garnacho.
The club is currently looking to offload Christopher Nkunku and former United striker target Nicolas Jackson before moving forward with new signings.
After several deals this summer, Chelsea are wary of overspending and risking breaches of Financial Fair Play rules, so selling before buying is essential.
Meanwhile, Manchester United are eager to complete a deal for Garnacho quickly, as they are also pursuing Carlos Baleba and Gianluigi Donnarumma.
However, United remain firm on their valuation and will not lower the price just to force a sale, wanting to maintain strength in the transfer market and protect a key asset, who would represent pure PSR profit.
🚨🔵 Negotiations between Chelsea and RB Leipzig for Xavi Simons continue.
Chelsea want Nkunku and Jackson to leave in order to make room for Xavi and Garnacho.
Nkunku has been discussed as option with Leipzig, same as Tyrique George.
