It’s well know that Chelsea are keen to sign Jadon Sancho before the transfer window closes.
Their interest in the England international came about very last minute, however the London-based club are making up for it with the aggressiveness of their approach to signing him.
Firstly there was talks of a double swap with Ben Chilwell and Raheem Sterling to try and fend off interest from Juventus.
Whilst The Red Devils were tempted by the offer of Sterling, the club decided not to progress with any conversations around Chilwell.
Ultimately Juve pulled out of the battle for Sancho, retracting their loan offer that was submitted.
Despite being front runners in the race for Sancho, the Blues are so determined to get their target that they’ve tabled two bids for the winger.
Fabrizio Romano has just reported that one proposal is as a loan with buy option clause, the other one with an obligation to buy.
Its understood that the two deals have different terms, however no more information has emerged on the specific terms of either just yet.
Its also been reported that Sancho has agreed terms with the London-based club, so the decision now firmly lies with Manchester United.
With only a few hours of deadline day left, no doubt there’s still space for more twists and turns in this exciting tale.
