Christian Eriksen – 6/10
Similarly to Wolves, came on and provided United with more control in the middle of the park.
Kept the ball well and played the simple yet effective pass. Shows how United are badly missing a younger version of Eriksen who can get around the pitch more.
Anthony Martial – 6/10
Even in a short time on the pitch, showed United what they were missing in a focal point in attack.
Held the ball up much better than Rashford and helped the midfield to connect with and get closer to the attack. If only he could stay fit enough to play a full match.
Jadon Sancho – 6/10
Similar to Eriksen, showed some nice touches and looked relatively dangerous when he got on the ball.
Still need to see more killer penetration and probing from Sancho, who provides glimpses rather than frequent displays of his potential.
Diogo Dalot – 6/10
Came on for Wan-Bissaka and did okay, but nothing special to write home about. Almost interchangeable performance with Wan-Bissaka in that right-back role.
Facundo Pellistri – 5/10
Not on long enough to make any meaningful impression, but does what he usually does – add speed and a bit more direct play on the right wing.
