Juventus

Joshua Zirkzee has recently been linked with a move to Juventus, with both a loan and permanent deal reportedly on the table.

Sources suggest that Juventus have made contact with Manchester United, and both clubs are open to negotiating a transfer.

This interest is likely influenced by Juventus manager Thiago Motta, who coached Zirkzee at Bologna.

Under Motta, Zirkzee thrived, becoming an integral part of the team as the manager utilised his strengths effectively.

He dropped Zirkzee deeper from striker and then used his technical ability and size to stick the ball up front and bring others into play.

Struggling to adapt to the pace and intensity of the Premier League, a return to Italy could provide Zirkzee with the fresh start he needs.

Reuniting with his former boss at Juventus might be the key to reigniting his career.

Aston Villa

Aston Villa have reportedly reignited their interest in Joshua Zirkzee.

Villa showed interest in Zirkzee during the summer transfer window before he moved to Manchester United.

With Jon Duran seeking more playing time after nearly leaving Villa in the summer, the club sees Zirkzee as a potential replacement should Duran move on.

However, a transfer to Villa seems unlikely.

Manchester United would prefer to send Zirkzee back to Italy, where he previously thrived under Thiago Motta at Bologna.

Rather than selling him to a direct Premier League competitor.

This preference makes it more probable that any potential move for Zirkzee would involve a move to a team abroad rather than a switch to Villa Park.
