1. Goalscoring Woes

Manchester United’s struggles in front of goal continue to be a significant issue.

Against West Ham, they missed four big chances in the first half alone, underscoring a season-long trend.

United have now missed 22 out of 26 big chances in the Premier League, the highest in the league, and their lack of finishing quality has them with the third-fewest goals in the competition, a worrying stat for any team with top-four aspirations.

The lack of composure in front of goal is evident, with players often rushing their finishes.

Moreover, key chances are frequently falling to players who aren’t ideally positioned to convert them.

If this trend continues, it’s unlikely United’s results will improve anytime soon.
