4. Jack Fletcher

Does the name sound familiar? It should be.
Son of Manchester United great Darren Fletcher, Jack Fletcher moved from Manchester City in 2023 along with his twin brother Tyler.
Fletcher seems to be improving week by week in academy football and, if he continues this trajectory, he may force Erik ten Hag to give him a chance.
Known for his tenacity, like his father, and his exceptional ball-playing ability, Jack Fletcher is a highly regarded midfield talent.
The 17-year-old made a superb start to the 2023/24 season with the U21s, scoring once and providing two assists in just two games.
With the versatility to play all positions in central midfield, Fletcher could become a squad option by the end of the season.
Kobbie Mainoo and Toby Collyer have both proved that academy players can break through to the first team and Fletcher will be hoping that he can do the same also.
He may receive his debut in the UEFA Europa League if Erik ten Hag remains impressed.
