3. Silva Mexes

One of the summer signings at the academy was young Silva Mexes.
At just 14 years old, Silva Mexes is still a long way from breaking into Manchester United’s first team.
After catching the eye of several top Premier League clubs, Mexes has made the move to United from Ipswich.
On social media, he shared his excitement, saying, “Very proud moment for me and my family to announce my signing for Manchester United. Thank you for everyone who has helped me on my journey so far. The work starts now.”
The young striker has already shown his talent and scored a wonder goal for the club’s youth team this season,
That’s not that much of a surprise as Silva has an inspiring role model in his family.
His father, Robert Earnshaw.
Earnshaw enjoyed a distinguished career, becoming the only player to have scored hat-tricks in the Premier League, all three tiers of the English Football League.
Playing for the Wales national team alongside United legend Ryan Giggs, Earnshaw was a regular goalscorer wherever he played.
With such an illustrious legacy to look up to, Silva Mexes is poised to follow in his father’s footsteps as he embarks on his own journey with Manchester United.
