Since INEOS took charge at Manchester United, one of their main priorities has been upgrading the club’s infrastructure and fine-tuning every detail behind the scenes.
Their plans span from building a new stadium to recruiting top-tier staff across both business and football operations, as well as delivering a £50m state-of-the-art training ground.
Carrington had fallen behind the facilities of other elite clubs, and INEOS made modernising it a top priority.
The newly completed complex now boasts cutting-edge features, from underwater treadmills and altitude training to a barbershop, combining world-class sports science, recovery methods, and training resources to maximise player performance.
INEOS will be hoping the new development can help Ruben Amorim and his coaching staff get United back firing on the football pitch as well.

Another addition to the new Carrington is the installation of smart urinals, as reported by BBC Sport’s official Instagram account.
According to Sky Sports, these devices monitor players’ hydration levels, providing instant feedback on whether they have consumed the right amount of water to maintain optimal performance.
These fine details are exactly the kind of marginal gains INEOS believe can help restore Manchester United to the summit of English football.
They have also been highly active in the transfer market this summer, securing deals for Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo, and Benjamin Sesko.
The expectation is that this revitalised forward line can propel United up the table, especially with the advantage of playing just once a week without European distractions.
But INEOS’ ambitions do not stop there.
Plans are in motion for further reinforcements in goal and midfield, with strong links to Carlos Baleba and Gianluigi Donnarumma, as they continue shaping a squad capable of challenging on all fronts in the coming seasons.
