Ruben Amorim is keen to take in the culture of his new club by learning from some Manchester United legends.
The 39-year-old is settling into life at United, having spent the last few days getting acquainted with the Carrington facilities and meeting the players.
Whilst most of the United squad are away on international duty, Amorim met with Leny Yoro, Luke Shaw, Kobbie Mainoo, Mason Mount and Toby Collyer, as well as several academy stars.
The new manager was enthusiastic speaking with them as their manager for the first time, saying: “I’m thrilled to be here, and guys, we have to have fun.”
However, the enormity of the club is not lost United’s new head coach.

Before moving to Manchester, in his final press conference in Lisbon, Amorim was quizzed about his move.

The Portuguese manager was asked which of four Manchester United legends would he like to meet.
Amorim was presented with the choice; Eric Cantona, Roy Keane, Roy Ferdinand and Sir Alex Ferguson.
In response to the choice, the 39-year-old heaped praise on Ferguson, who had a tremendously successful spell managing the club.
Speaking about his choice, Amorim commented: “Alex Ferguson was someone very special, he’s above everyone else at that club. But it would be difficult to choose anyone. I will try to have lunch and dinner with all of them.”
The Daily Star have reported that he wants to do this quickly immerse himself in the Manchester United culture.
