Ruben Amorim is about to enter his first full season as Manchester United manager which is due to his appointment as United boss half-way through the 2024-25 season.
In the upcoming campaign, he will be aiming for success.
To do this, the manager has been making signings he thinks will bring the qualities and attributes that are needed to compete for the Premier League coveted European spots to his squad.

This has meant signing Matheus Cunha from Wolves for a fee of £62.5 million who will most likely take up a starting role in the United’s starting eleven next season.
The signings of Diego Leon and Enzo Kana-Biyik also show Amorim’s intention to not only build a squad that can compete now but also in the future.
This week, Ruben Amorim’s side have also closed in on the signing of Brentford attacker Bryan Mbeumo.
The Cameroon international has been finalising the details of his deal this weekend and even completed his medical and signed his contract today.

It is expected that the 25-year-old will be unveiled to the world as a Manchester United player next week.
But, this deal is one that has required extensive negotiations and one that has included blockades.
Now, the Mirror has reported on the mood within Ruben Amorim’s camp around the deal.

Reporting today, the newspaper have said that Ruben Amorim has been left frustrated by those in charge at the club due to how long it took to get the Mbeumo deal done.
This is because an extensive amount of time has passed between the completion of the deal for Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo.
But, with the unwillingness of those in charge to repeat the errors of the past, the patience shown when completing deals can be said to be expected.
