The lack of quality across the squad has been a glaring issue, pointed out by many.
Currently sitting 13th in the Premier League, United have to be careful of not being dragged into a relegation fight.
The recent 1-3 loss to Brighton sparked a hugely negative reaction from the fanbase.
Although it wasn’t just the fans who ripped into the players.
Details have emerged of Amorim’s dressing room reaction post-match.

The senior squad were shouted at and players were urged to buckle up.
So emotional to the point of tears being shed, with players remaining silent.

While his reaction may not come as a surprise to some, the reaction inside the club only emphasises the difficulty the Red Devils face.
The current squad face a huge level of pressure from pundits and fans to turn around the current state.
The hierarchy have been urged to make moves in the January window to salvage their season, however not much has been done.
Disappointing times for United fans, who could witness their club in bottom half this season.
United’s struggles have been ongoing, long since the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson.
While Jose Mourinho and Erik ten Hag won trophies, problems were always existent in culture and playing style.
The blame has often been pointed to the man in charge, however it seems like an issue no manager can currently fix.
