As confirmed on Manchester United’s club website, United will unveil their first-ever tifo banner at Old Trafford before kick-off against Lyon.
The display will be placed directly in front of the Sir Alex Ferguson Stand as part of efforts to ramp up the atmosphere.
Red-and-white pyrotechnics will appear adjacent to the banner.
It will be a larger display than the one seen from the win over Real Sociedad in the previous round.
The club collaborated with fans on the design before it was sent to captain Bruno Fernandes for his seal of approval.
United are hoping the tifo sparks one of the loudest and most passionate nights the stadium has seen this season.
Ruben Amorim will be counting on the Old Trafford crowd to help push his side over the line.
United are in desperate need of a lift, especially after a string of poor Premier League results.
