Manchester United news is still being dominated by the transfer saga of Marcus Rashford, a month on from his decision to leave the club.
After being dropped from the squad for the Manchester derby, an interview was released where Rashford announced he was ready for a new challenge.
Since then, several top clubs have joined the race to sign the striker.
Rashford’s brother-turned-agent has met with Barcelona, Juventus, Borussia Dortmund and AC Milan whilst doing a tour of Europe, finding Rashford’s next club.
Whilst it looks like AC Milan are leading the race to sign the star, conversations haven’t been without their difficulties.
The main issue for most clubs sits with Rashford’s £325,000 per week salary, a commitment to great for most clubs.
United are open to loan deals for the England international, however AC Milan and Dortmund are poised to negotiation a contribution to his salary from United if a deal is to be agreed.
At this time, it’s understood that United would strongly consider this option to get a loan deal across the line.
Now, it looks as though Rashford’s agent, Dwaine Maynard is taking the talks to Old Trafford.

Marcus Rashford talks set to happen with Manchester United
Gianluca Di Marzio has now reported that Maynard is set to return to England, to hold talks with Manchester United.
It’s understood that Rashford’s agent is due to meet with United on Wednesday 15th January 2025 to reveal the star’s decision regarding his future.
Whilst Milan are the current front-runners, the full details of the conversation are yet to be known, however no doubts the will be emerging very shortly.
