You would think that Marcus Rashford would be a great five-a-side player.
The England and Manchester United attacker has great skills that would transition perfectly to a five-a-side pitch.
Add to that some of the amazing goals he’s scored in his career, you could definitely see him excelling in that arena.
But who would he have in his own ultimate five-a-side?
Rashford has played with amazing players throughout his career.
Not only that, as a United fan, he’s watched generations of legends at Old Trafford.
If you’ve always wondered who we’d choose, you don’t need to guess any longer.
In a video with Instagram user chuboi whilst out in the USA, Marcus Rashford names his ultimate five-a-side team.
As you’d expect, it’s full of MUFC legends.
Rashford starts with David de Gea in goal.
The defence is made up of Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic. Those two were arguably the greatest centre-back pairing in English Premier League history.
Paul Scholes is a one-man midfield.
And the attack is made up of superstars Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Okay – so it’s not quite a five-a-side. More like a six-a-side.
But when there’s been so much quality at Old Trafford, it’s hard to nail it down to just five players. So we’ll let Marcus have that one.
Marcus Rashford has been lucky enough to play with three of the superstars that he’s named.
David de Gea, Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo have all been part of squads that also featured Rashford.
And we firmly believe that Rashford’s five-a-side would take some stopping.
