Manchester United’s disastrous season has left them sitting in the bottom half of the Premier League table.
Ruben Amorim’s side are currently 15th after 26 matches.
They have won just four league games since his arrival.
Most recently, United had to come from behind to rescue a draw at Everton.
The situation at Old Trafford is dire.
Now, fresh concerns have emerged over one of the club’s key players.
Andre Onana continues to worry Manchester United coaching staff
According to Football Insider, members of the United coaching staff are increasingly worried about Andre Onana’s recent form.
Former chief scout Mick Brown remains well-connected at the club.
He has claimed that Onana’s performances have become a “major issue.”
“The coaching staff are concerned about Onana’s performances,” Brown said.
“He hasn’t been good enough, and it’s becoming a major issue for them.”
Onana was signed for £50 million to replace David de Gea, whose ability with the ball at his feet was questioned.
However, Brown insists that United do not want to admit they got the transfer wrong.
“They don’t want to have to go out and spend big money on a new goalkeeper.
“Because it’s like admitting they got it wrong with him,” he said.
“Can you say at this point he’s £50 million better than De Gea was? No chance.”

Andre Onana has made some outstanding saves this season.
However, he has also been guilty of costly errors.
Brown pointed out his struggles with parrying shots.
An issue that has put unnecessary pressure on United’s defence.
“Parrying the ball has been a problem for him,” Brown added.
“If every time the opposition have a shot from range, the defence are worried, then they’ve got serious problems in the side.”
United’s season continues to spiral.
If Onana’s form does not improve, the club may be forced into another big decision in the summer.
