Ruben Amorim has confirmed he will remain in charge of Manchester United next season, despite a dismal 15th-place Premier League finish.
The Red Devils finished their campaign with a 2-0 win over Aston Villa, a game that was marred by controversy surrounding Morgan Rogers’ disallowed goal.
PGMOL have since received another complaint earlier today.
However, the morale around United is still understandably low.
United’s failure to lift the Europa League was a huge blow – one that the club and its fans will feel for a long time.

While Amorim has earned himself more time, he’ll know that early results in the new campaign will be huge in keeping the board and fans onside.
Elsewhere, the summer managerial carousel is in full swing.
A familiar face from United’s past has now been confirmed to take charge of Huddersfield Town.
Lee Grant appointed as Huddersfield Town manager
Huddersfield Town have officially via club website, confirmed Lee Grant as their new manager, handing the former Manchester United goalkeeper a three-year contract ahead of the 2025/26 Sky Bet League One season.
The 42-year-old joins from Ipswich Town, where he played a key role as Assistant Coach during their remarkable back-to-back promotions from League One to the Premier League.
Grant leaves Portman Road with immediate effect following a compensation agreement.
He will bring his own coaching team to Huddersfield – with further announcements from the club to follow.
Grant retired from playing in 2022 after a 22-year career that included spells at Derby, Burnley, Stoke, and finally Manchester United, where he combined squad duties with coaching development.
He made over 500 professional appearances and completed his UEFA coaching qualifications while still at Old Trafford.

During his coaching journey, Grant worked under top-tier managers including Eddie Howe, Sean Dyche, Jose Mourinho, and Kieran McKenna.
It was under McKenna at Ipswich where he began his coaching career in earnest, contributing significantly to their attacking philosophy.
Ipswich scored 101 goals during their League One promotion campaign in 2022/23 and 92 more in the Championship the following year, with Grant credited for his influence on the team’s offensive setup.
Speaking for the first time as Town manager, Grant said:
“First and foremost, it’s an incredible honour to be Manager of Huddersfield Town.
“This is an exciting time to be joining the Club and there is so much potential and opportunity for us going forward.
“I have a clear idea of what I want my Town team to look like and how I want us to play.

“My priority is to not only win, but give our amazing supporters a side that they’re proud to represent them and excited to watch.”
Grant’s appointment follows earlier reports linking him to the role, which marked a surprising but exciting step in the summer managerial carousel.
Huddersfield missed out on the League One play-offs last season but are now aiming to push for promotion under their new manager.
The move also adds Grant to the growing list of former Manchester United players in management.
He joins the likes of Michael Carrick, Darren Ferguson, and his former coaching partner Kieran McKenna.
Supporters can hear more from Grant in his first interview on HTTV, with his opening press conference scheduled for Thursday 29 May.
