One Manchester United player is growing frustrated with his lack of starts under Ruben Amorim and is open to leaving the club this summer.
United’s turbulent season continues as they head into the January transfer window following four consecutive defeats in the Premier League and Carabao Cup.
A 2-2 draw with Liverpool has restored some belief, but the squad remains in need of serious reinforcements.
Ruben Amorim is pushing for new signings, with left-back, centre-back, striker, and midfield reinforcements positions of priority.
However, years of lavish spending have left United with little financial room for maneuver in the market.
United’s strategy is now shifting towards selling players in January and the summer to ease the club’s financial strain.

According to TBR Football, Alejandro Garnacho is becoming frustrated with his reduced role at United.
The 20-year-old is open to the idea of rejoining Atletico Madrid, where he began his career before moving to Old Trafford in 2020.
Garnacho signed a contract extension in April 2023 that ties him to United until June 2028.
Despite this, United are reportedly open to serious offers for the winger.
Atleti are said to be monitoring his situation closely.
Selling Garnacho would help alleviate financial pressure at Old Trafford.
The entire fee would be counted as pure profit under profit and sustainability rules.
Although he has made 11 appearances under Amorim, Garnacho has only started four games and completed 90 minutes just once.
In his other three starts, he was substituted after 86, 59, and 59 minutes respectively.
Garnacho has struggled to adapt to Amorim’s 3-4-3 system, which doesn’t play to his strengths.
The young winger thrived under Erik ten Hag by playing wide and having space to attack defenders directly.
Amorim’s system requires attackers to play more centrally, limiting Garnacho’s impact.
In contrast, Amad Diallo has flourished in the same setup, scoring or assisting in eight of his 11 appearances.
Amad is now considered one of the two untouchable players in the squad.
