With Manchester United in the States ready for the Premier League Summer Series, Ruben Amorim and his men are ready to put in the hard work and prepare for the upcoming season.

The Red Devils have three matches planned against their upcoming Premier League opponents, including West Ham United, Bournemouth and Everton.

As such, alongside their recent 0-0 draw with newly promoted Leeds United in Sweden, United are getting valuable minutes against clubs they’ll be playing at least twice this coming season.

However, Amorim and his men aren’t the only ones on duty for United in America, with former defender Wes Brown also in the States as a club ambassador.

Previously several ambassadors would accompany the squad on pre-season tours, however it’s another area been cut by INEOS as they try to make the club financially sustainable.

This year, The Daily Mail has revealed that Wes Brown is on solo duty, being paid per appearance as he travels America.

It’s understood that Brown’s tour is kicking off with a Legend Q&A with the Niagara and Toronto supporters’ clubs on Wednesday 23rd July.

From there the 45-year-old heads to the Brox on Friday 25th July, where he’ll be giving out prizes and coaching tips to under-privileged children at a Street Soccer USA tournament.

Then the former defender has two more legends nights in New York and New Jersey on Friday 25th July and Saturday 26th July before heading to Illinois to be a part of a community coaching clinic in collaboration with NFL’s Chicago Bears.

On Monday 28th July, Wes Brown the n heads to another street soccer tournament, this time in Chicago, before heading to throw  the first pitch as Chicago White Sox take on Philadelphia Phillies.

Finally the former United man will take part in another coaching clinic with the NBA’s Chicago Bulls before his final Legend night, allowing for Brown to then take some well deserved rest.
