When Manchester United lost 1-0 in the UEFA Europa League final last year, they had to contend with a difficult season full with injuries.

The Premier League 25/26 season is just a few days away, and the Red Devils will be hoping for a solid start now that preseason is over.

Andre Onana and Joshua Zirkzee have resumed training with the first team.

Benjamin Sesko, a recent addition, finished his first training session on Monday as well.

Lisandro Martinez is training alone on grass in anticipation of his eventual comeback.

Noussair Mazraoui has been working hard doing strength and rehabilitation work at Carrington, exclusively reported by CentreDevils.

He has now received yet another injury boost.

CentreDevils can exclusively reveal that Noussair Mazraoui has returned on grass training, doing individual work, and is working super hard to be back with the team.

The club remain on the stance that it is a minor injury and not something significant.

He is now making a lot of effort to return.

Mazraoui’s return to the team as soon as feasible will be a top priority for Ruben Amorim.

His versatility is demonstrated by the fact that he can play on both sides of defence and has even been utilized in midfield.

He will primarily play as the right-sided center-back in Amorim’s back three.

He is also capable of playing wingback.

He will be missed by the Red Devils when they play Arsenal on Sunday, August 17.

Fortunately, they still have excellent defensive alternatives to cover him.

Luke Shaw, Matthijs de Ligt, Harry Maguire, Leny Yoro, and Ayden Heaven are all available and can play in the back three.

Mazraoui will play a key part in the upcoming season and United fans will be keen on his return.
