On Friday afternoon, Manchester United reached an agreement with Brentford to sign forward Bryan Mbeumo.
In order to help Ruben Amorim return United to its former position at the top of the world football rankings, the Cameroon international has made it plain that he wants to join the team.
Negotiations were tough and long, and it took nearly 2 months to reach an agreement after CentreDevils exclusively broke the Red Devil’s interest in the forward.
Ruben Amorim’s side had 2 bids rejected but agreed to a fee of £71 million, with £6 million being in add ons.

The 25-year-old Cameroon international has had personal terms in place for a while; he agreed to a five-year contract until 2030 with the possibility of an additional year’s extension.
The Cameroon attacker wasn’t signed in time to play in the Red Devils first preseason game yesterday against Leeds United in Stockholm, in which the game ended 0-0.
With players like Ollie Watkins of Aston Villa and Benjamin Sesko of RB Leipzig at the top of the wishlist, United is now focusing on signing a striker to play in front of Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo. But regrettably, the team must now sell before they can make any fresh acquisitions.
