Erik ten Hag has spoken out for the first time since being sacked by Manchester United.
The Dutchman was dismissed by INEOS in October after a poor start to the season.
His departure came just months after United handed him a new one-year contract.
Reports suggested Ten Hag was “devastated” by the decision in being dismissed.

However, he has not rushed into accepting a new managerial role.
Since leaving, Ten Hag has been spotted at Borussia Dortmund and linked to several jobs.
He was even in contention for the Feyenoord job but lost out to Robin van Persie.
Despite speculation, the 55-year-old is enjoying his break from management.
Speaking to SegStories, Ten Hag confirmed his short-term plans.
“I’ve already decided not to take any job until the 1st of July,” he said.
This means he will wait until the summer before making his next move.
Reflecting on his time at United, Ten Hag admitted: “If there’s one thing I miss, it’s Old Trafford.”
“We’ve had many highs at Man United, but as I always say: there is always room for improvement.
Good is not enough,” he added.

United replaced Ten Hag with Ruben Amorim, but the Portuguese manager has struggled.
Amorim wanted to wait until the summer to join, but INEOS forced him to start mid-season.
Without a pre-season or transfer window, Amorim has found it difficult to implement his style.
Ten Hag appears to have learned from this and is avoiding a similar mistake.
By waiting until the summer, he ensures he will start fresh at his next club.
