Ruben Amorim could be set for trouble against Arsenal, with his captain Bruno Fernandes potentially being ruled out through injury.
Amorim is already set to miss Kobbie Mainoo and Lisandro Martinez as the pair picked up yellow cards against Everton, causing a suspension through repeated bookings.
However, Fernandes may also be out as the Portuguese star came off injured against Everton.
Alejandro Garnacho replaced Bruno Fernandes in the 65th minute, with the captain limping off the pitch to be treated by United’s medical team.
The midfielder was then seen with ice on his ankle, which has understandably worried fans about his situation.
United fans will be hopeful that the move was only precautionary, seeing the midfielder take to the pitch at the Emirates on Wednesday 4th December 2024.

Bruno Fernandes and his eventful season so far
Fernandes has had an eventful season already, both good and bad.
With four goals and nine assists in 20 matches this season, he’s certainly in fine form, leading the club by example. However, his discipline has been questionable at points, wracking up two red cards in two games.
Off the pitch, the Portuguese midfielder has also been hailed a hero whilst on his way to compete for Portugal in the UEFA Nations League.
While on route for international duty, Fernandes noticed a man at the back of the plan who appeared to be passing out, calling for medical attention, saving the man in question.
Fernandes will no doubt be hoping for even more excitement on the pitch, helping United to climb the league tables, with this injury worry being hopefully less serious than it looks.
