Alejandro Garnacho is currently enjoying a well earned rest after CONMEBOL Copa America 2024.

And he seems to be keeping busy by sharing some pictures for his fans’ amusement.

As a key member of the Argentina team, Garnacho lifted this year’s title, making it the third consecutive tournament trophy for the country’s national team. The squad won the last Copa America in 2020/21 and the latest FIFA World Cup in Qatar 2022.

Now, sunning it up in Greece, the winger is enjoying himself before getting back to Carrington next month.

Last week, his photo with girlfriend Eva Garcia and their son Enzo was used to poke fun at United’s rival Manchester City star Phil Foden.

The family were pictured posed on a boat with the iconic James Bond logo. However, quick witted United fans highlighted the other importance of the number 007.

Despite being a key member of Gareth Southgate’s starting XI, Foden failed to contribute to any of England’s eight goals at Euro 2024. Conveniently, this left the winger with 0 goals and 0 assists in 7 games.

Now, Alejandro Garnacho is getting attention with his latest image.

Alejandro Garnacho and his eye-catching shirt

In a photo posted to his Instagram story, Garnacho can be seen enjoying the sun with Manchester United teammate Facundo Pellistri.

Pellistri is also on holiday after playing for Uruguay in the Copa America also.

However, the noticeable thing is the Argentina international’s shirt.

Whilst making the peace sign to the camera, the 19-year-old is seen clearly wearing the yellow and black shirt of Saudi Arabian club Al-Ittihad, with their logo clearly visible.

He captions the story with ‘Work done!”, followed by a checkmark emoji.

It’s quite interesting to see Garnacho wearing the jersey of a club that is fierce rivals of his idol, with Cristiano Ronaldo playing for Al-Nassr.

Whilst the Saudi Pro League have previously been linked with targeting the 19-year-old, let’s not run away with this being a clever hint at a big move this summer.

Garnacho probably just likes how the shirt looks.

It’s safe to say that United fans can expect to see the attacker terrorising defences at Old Trafford again soon enough.
