James Overy will initially join Manchester United’s under-18 team as he begins his journey with the club.
There is optimism that he could quickly progress to the under-21 squad.
Although Overy has already spent time living in England, he will still require time to adjust to the demands and expectations at Manchester United.
This will include familiarising himself with the area and building rapport with his new teammates.
United harbour hope that Overy can one day break into the first team.
But the youngster will face stiff competition from established players and emerging talents.
To further his development, a loan move in the future may be beneficial.
A loan at the right club would provide him the opportunity to gain valuable experience at a competitive level.
For now, Overy will focus on impressing his coaches and making a significant impact at the youth level.
