FPL Players To Watch
In the off chance you have multiple players from both teams, here are your players to keep an eye on…
Taiwo Awoniyi (£6.5m)
A steal at 6.5m considering the only (literally, ONLY) premium striker available is Haaland and the entire world has him.
2 goals in 2 games, one of which came against Arsenal, I can see the striker finding at least 3 clear strikes on goal against Onana.
Serge Aurier (£4.5m)
Yep, that guy.
Ex-Spurs, and looking sharp – Aurier already has 2 assists to his name all coming against Sheffield United last gameweek.
He’ll be sure to try and attack a weakened United defence and whip in some nasty balls into the box – with Awoniyi and Wood likely on hand to receive them.
Raphael Varane (£5.1m)
Not ever considered too attacking, but against Wolves Varane was the man who returned with a goal.
Had a tough outing against Spurs, but will very likely look to come up for corners in a game United almost have to attack from the first whistle.
With only AWB, Dalot & Lindelof to chose from alternatively – Varane is certain to start. And if we keep a clean sheet, he will benefit from those juicy points too.
Alternatively, Wan-Bissaka loves a good run up the wing and will likely find routes to belt it down and swing in a beauty for Hojlund to tap in (I am dreaming, aren’t I).
Marcus Rashford (£9m)
I mean, it’s his last hurrah in most FPL managers eyes, isn’t it?
At home, against Forest, potentially playing in his more suited out-wide position.
What. Can. Go. Wrong…
