Tough and Inconsistent Pre-Season
It is known that Ten Hag is a big fan of having a heavy, draining pre-season and this one was no different.
We saw United play 8 games across 5 countries in the space of 25 days.
After playing 62 games last season and now a tough pre-season to add to that, it is no wonder that United look tired already.
It is also no surprise that 2 games into the season, we’ve already lost 2 players through muscular injuries.
Hopefully after the international break, and when everyone else starts playing 2 games a week, then it should even out or we may even look fresher than most due to prior preparations.
