Andre Onana – 9/10

Ever since his series of mistakes against Galatasaray and Brentford, Onana has largely been flawless.

He made six saves in this match, with a figure of 2.11 goals prevented.

His stop for the shot by Idrissa Gueye was particularly eye catching.

Luke Shaw – 7/10

United’s best full-back finally made his return to action and he did fairly well.

He was still a little bit rusty, which is understandable.

Hopefully he will continue to regain his match sharpness and will help the team win the ever so crucial games that are coming up.

Harry Maguire – 8/10

Another game and another fantastic display from Harry Maguire.

He was dominating Dominic Calvert-Lewin in the air time and time again and was overall extremely reliable at the back.

His contribution was even felt in attack, as his pass from the right-hand side led to the penalty against Anthony Martial.

Victor Lindelof – 7/10

The Swede also had a solid game but he gets a lower score than his centre-back partner.

He was bullied by Calvert-Lewin a few times and his passing wasn’t as progressive and incisive.

Diogo Dalot – 9/10

Dalot was back to the high level we want to see from him in this match.

He set up Garnacho’s wonder goal, his passing was pristine and his defending was top class.
