United appear to be getting closer to yet another signing with hints on social media suggesting the man in question has been in Manchester.
So far we’ve seen Joshua Zirkzee and Leny Yoro sign for United’s senior squad, with the potential of any combination of Manuel Ugarte, Matthijs de Ligt and/or Adrien Rabiot joining over the coming weeks.
The Red Devils have also made a strong effort in signing young talent to the youth academy, with Silva Mexes, James Overy and Camron Mpofu all joining the development squad.
Now, United appear to be on the verge of another youth signing in the form of Slovakian winger Samuel Lusale who currently is contracted to the Crystal Palace academy.
United have been interested in the star for a couple of weeks now, with Lusale shining in the Under-17s European Championship in may for Slovakia, as well as delivering impressive performances in the FA Youth Cup.
Now, Crystal Palace have announced their first year scholar intake list for 2024. However Lusale’s name is left off of the list, revealing he’s no longer going to be with the club.
Pairing this with a recent image from Lusale on his social media, which can be seen below, a move could very well be on the cards.
The the hotel room in the photo appears to be Hotel Football at Old Trafford.
If this is indeed the Old Trafford based hotel, it could be a huge hint at a deal being nearly completed to sign the 16-year-old to the United academy.
