This weekend, Manchester United will play Fulham at Craven Cottage in an attempt to win the Premier League for the first time.

The Red Devils lost to Arsenal 1-0 last weekend to start their Premier League campaign.

However, there were undoubtedly encouraging indications of what United might accomplish this season.

New signings Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo, and Benjamin Sesko are all expected to feature against Fulham.

Training will play a key part in this game, with the Red Devils having more than a week to prepare.

It gives Ruben Amorim and his coaching staff time to assess players’ fitness.

Big decisions could define futures too.

Andre Onana was left out of the squad last week against Arsenal due to fitness but is back travelling.

And now another major update has occurred regarding Rasmus Hojlund and his future.

CentreDevils can exclusively reveal that Rasmus Hojlund has trained with the team this entire week but is still not going to be in the squad against Fulham.

A move to Napoli is edging closer, with the striker open to the move.

Initially, Hojlund wasn’t open to a move and insisted on staying, both in public interviews and internally too.

Now, with his exclusion from the first team squad, he is more open to a move and he would ideally prefer one permanently.

Although the striker has been linked to AC Milan in the past, it appears that Napoli is a more likely destination, as the Serie A team is getting ready to make a contract offer for the Danish player.

With new signing Benjamin Sesko impressing staff in Carrington with his training work ethic, a start could be expected against Fulham.

Joshua Zirkzee and youngster Chido Obi are also two options that can play striker.

Hojlund will be hoping to thrive in Italy if the deal goes through.
