As the team attempts to recover in their first full season under Ruben Amorim, Manchester United’s summer transfer market is expected to be crucial.
But the INEOS hiring approach looks for individuals who can lead the Red Devils of the future in addition to making an immediate contribution to the senior group.
This is evident in the signings of Enzo Kana-Biyik and Harley Emsden-James so far this summer.
Two young and talented players who INEOS bought in for the future.
The Red Devils have always been about building the youth.
Kobbie Mainoo is a significant example in recent years.
From playing in the academy to now being a senior player for the first team.
The Red Devils will look to keep this approach under the new INEOS recruitment team and are still actively pushing for more younger talents.
It looks like Manchester United will soon add another player to their growing pool of talent by using this recruitment approach.

CentreDevils can exclusively reveal that Manchester United are closing in on the signing of Derby County youth goalkeeper Charlie Hardy.
We reported in the past that the two clubs have held talks.
Now, the Red Devils are pushing for his signature.
The talented goalkeeper is rated by scouts internally too.
As an important part of the Derby youth system, Hardy is already establishing himself and attracting the attention of scouts far and wide.
Hardy has made four appearances for the club’s Under-18 team despite only being 15 years old.
He even captained the team against Leeds United’s Under-18 team and kept a clean sheet. In addition, Charlie Hardy has played youth international football for England.
He wasn’t included in Derby County’s scholarship list of 2025, with a move to the Red Devils getting closer now.
