He completed his medical tests yesterday as well as signing his contract.
The Slovenian has signed on a five-year deal going until 2030.
United has already paid £62.5 million to Wolverhampton Wanderers for Matheus Cunha and £71 million to Brentford for Bryan Mbeumo, for a total of £133.5 million to date.
Benjamin Sesko has cost the Red Devils a total of £73.8 million.
