An interesting new development has unfolded in the transfer saga of Marcus Rashford, as one of the Italian giants have now declared interest in the attacker.
Until now, the England international has appeared to be on the brink of a move to Barcelona.
The LaLiga champions have already met with his agent and super-agent Pini Zahavi to discuss a potential move, seeing initial pursuits of Luis Diaz and Nico Williams fall through.
As such Barca are now turning to Rashford as a cheaper and available option with both men seemingly set to stay at Liverpool and Athletic Club respectively.
It’s understood that the Spanish side are going “all-in” for Rashford with Hansi Flick having already given the green light for the move, seeing Rashford’s versatility as a strong asset to have in his squad.

However, Barca now have competition as Gianluca Di Marzio has reported that Juventus are now interested in the United attacker.
The report explains that Juve have made contact with United for Marcus Rashford, however the Italian side are also in positive talks for Rashford’s fellow departing United teammate, Jadon Sancho.
It’s unknown at this time if the talks are linked, as in if Rashford is a backup up in case of the Sancho move falling through, or if they are independent of each other.
Anther option for Rashford lies in Turkey, with Jose Mourinho’s Fenerbahce reportedly “patiently waiting” to hopefully get Rashford in a cut-price deal later on down the transfer season.
With several option still on the table for Rashford, United’s former number 10 is increasingly likely to seal a move away from the club this summer, the only unknown is where his next home will be.
