Sir Jim Ratcliffe is now preparing his backroom staff for the 2025–2026 season, which means Manchester United is undergoing a reform.
This is evident in both the club’s off-field and on-field management departments.
In the forthcoming season, Manchester United will want to improve on their Premier League 15th-place result from the previous one.
Major changes have taken place and will be taking place for both staff and players as the recruitment team work over time to try and help put Manchester United back on top.

More staff changes have now taken place.
As per Manchester Evening News, Manchester United’s nutritional department has received a significant shake-up.
Thomas Maynard resigned as first-team performance nutritionist at the end of the previous season, and Omar Meziane resigned as head chef of the first team in December to join McLaren’s Formula One squad.
With the hiring of Marcus Hannon as head of sports nutrition, Will Carvalho as head performance chef, and Filipe Sousa as first-team nutritionist, the department is practically a new one.
Will Carvalho was appointed as the club’s new Head Performance Chef at Carrington a few weeks back.

Additionally, United is now employing an academy nutritionist and a senior sous chef. Additionally appointed are Rachel Fleck, the performance nutritionist for the women’s academy, and Hanna Zouggari, the nutritionist for the women’s first team.
Ruben Amorim’s side returned to Carrington as Manchester United prepare for their preseason tour of the United States, leading into the 2025/26 Premier League season.
Almost every player has returned now alongside new signings Matheus Cunha and Diego Leon.
The addition of these new staff in the nutritional department can only be seen as a positive going forward.
