Manchester United are already plotting a bold response to their dismal 2024/25 campaign, with big changes underway at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils missed out on European football altogether after a 15th-place Premier League finish, with their Europa League final loss to Tottenham adding insult to injury.

Manager Ruben Amorim is facing a major rebuild as he looks to steady the ship and restore United’s pride.

The signing of Matheus Cunha has added some attacking firepower to the squad, and the Brazilian will be one of the first players to debut United’s brand-new kit.

Fans were eagerly awaiting the launch, and the club has now officially unveiled the new look for the 2025/26 season.

United’s new 2025/26 home kit, made by long-time kit supplier Adidas, takes a modern twist on tradition.

The jersey features a clean red base with bold white logos, but the standout detail is the sleeve design – an abstract graphic inspired by the architecture of Old Trafford.

According to Adidas, different shades of red across the sleeves represent the pitch, the stands, and the iconic players’ tunnel of the Theatre of Dreams.

The shirt is completed by a black and white V-neck collar, with three black Adidas stripes along the shoulders.

A subtle nod to history is found in the back of the collar, where the words “Theatre of Dreams” are printed in white.

Speaking about the design, Adidas Senior Design Director Juergen Rank explained: “The colour red is fundamental to the club’s DNA.

“There have been many different expressions of it over the years and for this season we wanted to do something a little different, using the sleeves as a canvas.”

He added, “The abstract graphic stays true to the club’s identity while providing an innovative look and feel to an otherwise classy and classic jersey.”

Many fans would have seen the kit before the official release after Manuel Ugarte accidentally shared a photo of himself wearing Manchester United’s unreleased 2025/26 home kit just one day ahead of its official launch.

The new 2025/26 home kit signals a fresh chapter for Manchester United, who will be desperate to turn their fortunes around next season – with the Theatre of Dreams now literally stitched into their future.
