Jonny Evans linked with surprise move to Wrexham

Jonny Evans, whose contract expires at the end of the season, is expected to leave Old Trafford after his second spell at the club.

The veteran Northern Ireland international rejoined United as a short-term option during the 2023 pre-season and earned a one-year extension after proving to be a dependable squad member.

With Wrexham preparing for life in the Championship following their latest promotion, they are believed to be eyeing experienced free agents.
