Manchester United have been without star man Amad Diallo since early February as the winger was ruled out with a long-term injury.
Diallo unfortunately damaged a ligament in his ankle during training, which at the time was deemed to have ended his season.
This injury came as a massive blow to United, not only as he was one of the club’s top goalscorers this season, but also as star defender Lisandro Martinez was also ruled out for the rest of the season at the same time with a torn ACL.
However, the young winger was determined to bounce back with it soon emerging that Amad Diallo would be back by the end of the season showing signs of making a strong recovery early on.
Two weeks ago, Centre Devils released that Amad’s recovery was progressing ahead of schedule and that he’d be returning to the grass in a matter of weeks.
Now, Fabrizio Romano has confirmed the news, reporting that the talented winger will be back in training next week, marking a huge boost for Amorim for the end of the season.
Whilst he won’t be immediately available to fit into match day squads, it is a strong indication that we won’t have to wait until next season to see him on the pitch again.
