The future of Manchester United attacker Alejandro Garnacho is unclear heading into the summer transfer window, with the club going through a significant rebuild under Ruben Amorim.
Last season saw Garnacho break through into the senior squad form the academy, making a name for himself as well as grabbing a Golden Boy nomination and winning the Puskas award as only the second United player ever to do so.
This season he’s been a regular starter under Amorim, despite not naturally fitting into Amorim’s system, but has still emerged as one of the club’s top scorers, however that doesn’t make his future safe at Old Trafford.
United are facing significant financial struggles, with Sir Jim Ratcliffe stepping in, making several controversial decisions to ensure the club’s sustainability.
As such, The Red Devils are considering letting Garnacho move on in the summer, to their own financial gain.

Alejandro Garnacho move to Napoli in separate deal to Victor Osimhen
In the winter transfer window, both Napoli and Chelsea were looking at moving for the youngster, with the Serie A side having two bids rejected by United.
However, the Italian team are still monitoring the winger, with Juventus also in tow.
Interestingly, United are looking at other transfer business with Napoli, planning a £40 million move for their unwanted striker Victor Osimhen.
However, The Daily Mail has reported that these deals would have to be entirely separate for United to benefit from Garnacho’s sale.
The Argentine would constitute as pure profit under Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR) being a homegrown player from United’s academy.
However, if he was to be include as part of a swap deal for Osimhen, United wouldn’t benefit from the enhanced profits of his transfer.
